Loren began his career in Recruitment Marketing back in 1995. This coincided with the advance of the Internet and Loren was at the forefront, developing the first career sites for companies like Sprint and SmithKline Beecham and Internet Media strategies for companies such as Microsoft. Loren has been with SymphonyTalent (Hodes) for 20 years. He has focused on global career website development, but has also dedicated significant time doing parallel work for clients on creative campaigns, media strategies, social, mobile, and Internal Communications. This broad range of effort has made him ideal to now focus on understanding our client's (potential and existing) recruiting goals and challenges, and help scope the solution(s) that will deliver the most impactful results. Loren has a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and now lives in Atlanta with his wife and 4 children.
