Cynthia entered the recruitment marketing and employment communications industry in the 90s. She has been using her strategic media planning and placement skills to lead many high-profile accounts throughout a variety of industries. Her strong tactical skills, media knowledge and budgeting talents consistently assist clients in recruiting qualified applicants within budget guidelines. Cynthia also is a champion in streamlining processes and systems, and a training specialist working with internal and external teams. A graduate of University of Houston, with a Bachelor’s in Communications specializing in Advertising and a minor in Radio and TV, Cynthia explored a couple of different advertising agencies before landing in the recruitment sector at Bernard Hodes Group – now known as Symphony Talent. Like the agency and landscape of the recruitment advertising niche, Cynthia has evolved through the years although still focusing on the account service and media side of the business. Her account list includes clients in the oil & gas, energy services, engineering, hospitality, financial, distribution/transportation, manufacturing, health care industries, as well as working with international contacts for recruitment efforts in more than 40 different countries.
