Patrick Rooney is the Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer for Symphony Talent. He has extensive experience working with companies to harness and apply digital technology to achieve measurable business impact across the organization. In 2012, Patrick founded the employee advocacy technology company, QUEsocial, before it was acquired by Symphony Talent. Previously, Patrick co-founded and was Executive Vice President of Zócalo Group (part of Omnicom Group), an award-winning word of mouth, social media and digital marketing agency. Patrick worked with Unilever, ConAgra, Dell, Subway, State Farm, Nissan, The Cheesecake Factory, Yahoo, Microsoft, Schawk and many others to create and execute pioneering digital/social programs. He led the agency’s innovation, insights and analytics, including the development of the Digital Footprint Index, an award-winning social media measurement methodology adopted as an industry standard. Patrick lives in Chicago with his wife and three incredible children.
