Becky is Creative Director for Europe. She joined the Hodes team at Symphony Talent in early 2015 with nearly a decade of experience at global product agencies and a year at an employer branding agency. She has led the creative team in Europe to numerous new business pitch wins and creative awards across integrated and social media campaigns, employer brands and internal communications, including contributing to the prestigious Recruitment Marketing Awards Agency of the Year award in 2016. Over her career, she has worked often as part of creative duo, developing brands from scratch, launching new products and refreshing old ones. Her work includes integrated campaigns for brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Tena Lady and Aquafresh in the product space, and Unilever, McDonald’s, Mars and Sky in the Employer Branding space. She aims to inject the insightful, big idea thinking she learnt in product advertising into the world of recruitment.
