She’s responsible for the development and implementation of results-driven recruiting and sourcing strategies, including the NWNA employer brand, dynamic sourcing tactics, and overall recruitment process. She also manages all the tools and systems used by the NWNA recruiting team.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Colby Sawyer College in New Hampshire. She resides in Danbury, CT with her husband, Damien.

Her research focuses on how technology can help to improve efficiencies and the overall user experience.
