But, imagine being a candidate waiting more than three weeks to hear back about a job —or not at all.

Aya finds joy in creating experiences. She began her career as a "wedding planner to the stars," with her first event for, literally a star: Star Jones. Since then, she has worked on film festivals in NYC and Qatar, traveled cross country in a mobile kitchen with the cast of Bravo's Top Chef, and learned how to serve perfectly chilled Heinekens to the masses at Coachella. The sum of all these joyful journeys now puts her behind the wheel of the JOY experience. Her motto is, “nothing is impossible” and that we all have the ability to achieve the unbelievable. In that capacity he’s been a Creative Director, an instructor (at the Maine Media Workshop) and generally an ever-curious student of life. Bob finds joy in the simple things: hiking, kayaking, reading (history in particular) or exploring the ever-morphing environs of his neighborhood in Manhattan’s East Village.

Glenda oversees day-to-day projects and handles trafficking for the creative department. She also oversees Production and provides backup for any production needs. In addition, she provides estimates for print projects and coordinates with various vendors. Glenda finds joy in listening to (old school!) music and going to concerts.

Continuing to keep his presence in the forefront of the scene, Vitale founded a live stream broadcasting venue in Red Hook, Brooklyn, that’s focused on showcasing different talents from all spectrums of the worldwide DJ community. Within the Livespin company, Anthony focuses on building relationships within the DJ community.
